The rooms reserved have to be taken over by 6 p. m. on the day of arrival.
In case of an arrival later than the above, please inform us about this fact, otherwise the reservations will be deleted from our system.
Reservation of accommodation:
Our pension hotel reserves the right to decide on the acceptance of our guests.
The reservation is made in a written form or by phone call on one of the contact details found at our website: www.koronapanzio.ro.
In case of reservation, 30% of the price of accommodation, or in case of New Year period and Pentecost 50% of the price of accommodation has to be paid in advance, within 5 working days by means of bank transfer made to the account numbers listed in the confirmation of the accommodation.
Cancelling the reservation:
In case of a cancellation within 14 days, the deposit paid shall not be reimbursed, but it can be used at a later occasion.
In case of a reservation of more than 14 days preceding the arrival, 100% of the paid deposit shall be reimbursed.
In case of cancelling reservations for the New Year and Pentecost period, the amount of the deposit shall not be reimbursed.
Checking in
The rooms are provided from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival.
The payment of the price of accommodation is to be paid on the spot at the time of arrival.
At the time of arrival, a check-in form has to be filled in by all our guests, providing accurate personal data.
In case our staff finishes cleaning the rooms at an earlier time, the rooms may be taken over earlier than 2 p.m.
Please inform us by email or phone call if you intend to take over the room at an earlier time.
Visitors, external guests
Only the guests registered at reception are entitled to use the rooms of our pension hotel.
Room key - the guests receive a room key at the time of arrival, which is to be handed over at reception at departure.
In case of losing the room key, an additional fee of 100 RON is to be charged.
Checking out - leaving the room
The rooms have to be left by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
After leaving, the rooms are always checked.
Any losses, damages or abuse of the rooms perceived after departure are to be reimbursed by the guest.
In case the guests do not leave the room until 11 a.m. on the day of departure, an additional fee of one day accommodation shall be charged.
The payment of this additional fee does not entitle the guest to stay for a longer period.
There is a possibility to extend the period of the stay on the day of departure, in case no guest arrives to that room on the given day.
Please refer to reception regarding the possibility of extending the period of the stay.
Arrival
Breakfast is served between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m.
Eating in the rooms is forbidden!
Minibar
Any consumption from the minibar during the stay shall be reported at reception at the time of departure and their price has to be paid as well.
The relevant price list can be found on the top of the minibar.
Smoking
Our rooms are non-smoking rooms; therefore we would like to ask our guests to smoke at the areas assigned for smoking: in the yard, at the entrance of reception and on the terrace of the pension hotel.
In case of smoking in the rooms, an additional fee of 100 EUR is to be charged.
Parking
Parking possibilities are provided in the (open) parking space of the pension hotel provided with safety cameras, or in the parking lot located in the street before the pension.
The number of parking spaces provided at the pension hotel is limited, parking possibility is provided according to the order of reservation.
The vehicles of our guests are entitled to free parking at the parking space of the pension hotel.
Parking in the street is subject to the payment of parking fee. Parking is free on Saturdays and Sundays.
In case the guest intends to make use of the closed parking area, please inform reception about this fact at the time of reservation and provide the number of the license plate on the check-in form filled in at the time of arrival.
The regulations of the Highway Code apply to the area of the parking space as well.
For any damages made to other vehicles at the parking space, the guest causing the damage shall be made directly responsible for this damage.
The Korona Pension Hotel shall not be made responsible for any eventual damage occurring to the vehicles at the parking space.
The vehicles are to be parked in a closed state, provided with electronic and mechanic safety measures.
The Korona Pension Hotel shall not be responsible for any valuables left in the passenger area or in the trunk of the vehicle, especially for audio, video, telecommunications and navigation devices.
No inflammable or explosive materials, live animals, materials dangerous for public health, chemicals, or further poisonous, perishable, radiant or harmful materials or objects, the possession of which is regarded illegal by legal regulations, shall be stored in the parked vehicle, with the exception of fuel.
In case any of the above rise to suspicion, the pension hotel shall inform the authorities and shall proceed as required by these authorities.
The operator of the pension hotel shall not be made responsible for the behaviour of third parties, with special regard to the damages, vandalism, theft or robbery committed by this person.
Security
In the building of the pension hotel and in the surrounding external (street) and internal (yard) areas a closed-circuit camera system is being operated to ensure the safety of valuables and individuals regarding the pension hotel and its guests, which system records continually around the clock.
We would like to hereby draw the attention of our guests to the fact that the pension hotel shall not bear any responsibility for the valuables left in the rooms.
We would like to kindly ask all our guests to make sure that no personal belongings or valuables are left in the rooms at the time of departure.
In case of belongings of higher value, a safe is provided at the reception of our pension hotel free of charge. The pension hotel shall only be made liable for compensation of losses regarding cash, securities or valuable, if these are kept in the safe at reception.
Fire protection
All guests shall comply with the fire protection regulations of the pension hotel.
No explosive or inflammable materials can be stored in the rooms and no own coffee machines, water heaters, iron or further electrical appliances can be used in the rooms.
It is forbidden to make use of naked flames.
Besides fuel, no explosive or inflammable material or chemical may be stored in the vehicles parked in the parking space.
In case of a fire alarm, the building has to be evacuated immediately on the escape routes and by paying attention to the physical safety of others.
The orders of the firefighter on the spot shall be kept.
The fire extinguishers are to be found on the corridors of the pension hotel, one provided for each level.
In case of fire, the guest shall inform reception immediately.
According to the fire protection regulations of the pension hotel, ironing in the rooms is forbidden.
Please inform reception about any needs for ironing or laundry service.
Undisturbed relaxation of guests
Please always keep in mind the undisturbed relaxation of other guests, do not make any loud noises.
Please pay special attention to the above between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
In order to ensure the undisturbed relaxation of the guests, it is prohibited to make loud noises, music, sounds or activities associated with clamour, sound effects, watching television or listening to the radio at high volume after 10 p.m.
Without any regard to the time of day, it is prohibited in the area of the pension hotel to show a behaviour or attitude which may disturb the rest or risk the safety or security, private sphere of the guests or would result in harassment of others.
The staff of the pension hotel is entitled to draw the attention of the guest behaving in the above way to this regulation.
In case the guest continues to show the disturbing behaviour despite the warning, the pension hotel shall be entitled to terminate the contractual relationship unilaterally and with immediate effect, furthermore, shall be entitled to expel the guest without any liability for compensation and/or reimbursement.
The pension hotel shall bear no responsibility for any harms caused by the behaviour of the guest to other guests.
Valuables of the pension hotel
Furniture and textile (e.g. blankets, towels, etc.) shall not be taken out of the pension hotel.
Any damages or extra costs occurring due to intentional vandalism shall be reimbursed by the person who caused these damages.
Valuables left in the pension hotel, storing of packages
Both before taking over the rooms and after the departure there is a possibility for our guests to place their valuables at the reception of the pension hotel.
The Korona pension hotel shall not be made liable for the package or the valuables in it.
The objects placed at reception for storing are to be stored on the given day in a state as accepted.
In case the person handing over the package does not return to pick the package up on the given day, the pension hotel shall store the package for two more weeks.
In case the person handing over the package does not return following the elapse of the above period, the reception shall be entitled to dispose of the objects handed over and the person handing over the packages shall not be entitled to any form of compensation against Korona pension hotel.
The above regulations for storing apply to any objects of the guests left in their rooms, with the specific condition that the pension hotel tries to contact the alleged owner of the object by means of a phone call - if possible - for the purpose of further negotiations.
Wi-fi
A wi-fi system is being operated at the pension hotel, the usage of which is free of charge.
The password for accessing the wi-fi system is provided at the time of arrival, simultaneously with handing over the keys.
The continuous and uninterrupted operation of the wi-fi system cannot be guaranteed by the pension hotel.
The pension hotel shall not be made responsible for any direct or indirect damages caused to the device of the guest when using the wi-fi system or as a result of its usage.
The service may be used at the own responsibility of the guest by accepting all risks.
Reporting problems
We would like to hereby ask our guests to report any mechanical problems or problems of any further kind to the reception of the pension hotel immediately.
The staff of the pension hotel is entitled to inform the guests and any further persons being present in the area of the pension hotel about the compliance with this regulation.
The guest and any other persons being present in the area of the pension hotel shall be liable to comply with this regulation and to obey with any possible notice.
In case the above regulations are not kept, the pension hotel shall be entitled to terminate the contractual relationship unilaterally and with immediate effect, furthermore, shall be entitled to expel the guest without any liability for compensation and/or reimbursement.
In case due to the illegal behaviour of any guest or further person being present in the area of the pension hotel the relevant authority orders a penalty for the pension hotel, the pension hotel shall be entitled transfer this penalty to the person showing the illegal behaviour and ask for the compensation of this penalty.
